This project began with a referral from one of our past clients, leading us to a stunning barndominium build in rural Alberta. After the walls and roof were up, we met on-site with the homeowners and their general contractor to discuss their vision.

They explained that they’d searched high and low for a company that could bring their rustic dream to life—but kept coming up short. It wasn’t until they found Rustic Heritage Co. that they felt confident their ideas could become reality.

Their vision was clear: a space where friends and family could gather, centered around a large custom bar, beaten-up style cabinets, natural barnwood, wrought iron accents, floating shelves, and whiskey barrel decor—all tied together with cohesive Western character.

Our design team worked hand-in-hand with them to select wood species, finishes, and layout mockups before heading into production. After hundreds of hours of craftsmanship in the shop, the finished pieces were delivered and installed—transforming their dream into a functional, beautiful space rooted in heritage.
